Nurelium Terms of Use

Nurelium is a personal health companion app developed and operated by Tobistech Ltd, a UK-registered technology company. The app is available on iOS and Android.

In particular:

• -The symptom checker is educational only. It does not diagnose illness. Guidance provided is based on general public health information and may not apply to your specific situation.
• -Condition library content is drawn from public health references (MedlinePlus, NHS A to Z, CDC) and is provided for educational purposes only.
• -Visit reports (Plus) summarise your own notes and logs. They are not clinical documents and should not be treated as such.
• -Do not use Nurelium in place of calling emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 (UK), 911 (US), 000 (AU) or 112 (EU) immediately.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nurelium. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the app with parental awareness and consent.

Nurelium is available globally but is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nurelium is free to download and use with core features. Nurelium Plus is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features including:

• -Doctor-ready PDF visit reports generated from your on-device data.
• -Unlimited medication reminders and adherence history.
• -Unlimited symptom journal history and 30-day trend view.
• -Family profiles for separate health records per person.
• -Unlimited condition bookmarks.

Nurelium Plus is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Pricing is displayed within the app and may vary by region and platform.

• -Nurelium Plus subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and billing policies.
• -Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• -Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• -To cancel, go to your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
• -Free trials (where offered) convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
• -Tobistech does not process or store your payment information. All billing is handled by Apple or Google.

All health data you enter (symptoms, medication schedules, journal entries and notes) is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to any server. No account or login is required to use the app. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details of how data is handled.

By using Nurelium, you agree not to:

• -Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws.
• -Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app or its underlying code.
• -Reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any content within the app without our prior written consent.
• -Use visit reports or any app output as a substitute for professional medical advice or as a clinical document.

All content, design, code, brand names and features of Nurelium are the intellectual property of Tobistech Ltd or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. Condition library content is drawn from public health reference sources and is provided for educational use only.

The name Nurelium and associated branding are trademarks of Tobistech Ltd. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Nurelium is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or that any information within it is accurate, complete or current.

Condition summaries and symptom checker guidance are educational tools drawn from publicly available health sources. They are not guaranteed to be accurate for your individual medical situation and should not be relied upon as medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tobistech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of Nurelium, including any health decisions made based on app content.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you have paid for a Nurelium Plus subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you are a free user, our liability is limited to £10.

Nurelium references public health sources including MedlinePlus, NHS A to Z and CDC. These are third-party resources and we are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy. Links to external sites are provided for reference only.

We may update these Terms of Use and the features of Nurelium at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We may discontinue or modify features at any time. In the case of Nurelium Plus, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your subscription.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of Nurelium shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
