Account data

• -Email address and account credentials for authentication and account management.
• -If you sign in via Google, we receive only the identifier and email address Google provides.

Trade journal data

• -Trade records you manually enter: asset, direction, entry/exit prices, lot size, outcome, notes and tags.
• -Performance metrics computed from your journal entries (win rate, profit factor, etc.).
• -App preferences and dashboard configuration.

Analytics and diagnostics (anonymised)

• -Anonymised usage events and feature interactions to help us improve the product.
• -Crash reports, error logs, browser/device type and app version.

• -To store, display and analyse your trade journal entries and generate performance analytics.
• -To manage your account, authentication and subscription.
• -To improve product features based on anonymised usage patterns.
• -To diagnose and resolve bugs and technical issues.
• -To provide customer support when you contact us.

We do not use your trading data for advertising, profiling or sale to third parties. Your trade journal is private to your account.

Tracom is a journaling and analytics tool only. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations or trading signals. Trade data you record in Tracom is for your own personal review and analysis. Nothing in Tracom constitutes regulated financial advice under UK FCA rules.

• -Firebase (Google) - analytics, crash reporting and authentication.
• -Google Sign-In - optional authentication provider.
• -Payment processors - subscription payments handled by Stripe or Google Play billing and governed by their privacy policies.

Your trade journal data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We apply access controls to ensure only you can view your personal journal data. No Tobistech employee accesses individual trade records except where required to resolve a support issue you have raised.

Your account and trade data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated trade data at any time by contacting contact@tobistech.co.uk. Deletions are processed within 30 days.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact contact@tobistech.co.uk or lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Tracom is intended for adult traders and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest update. Continued use of Tracom after updates constitutes acceptance.
