Scorevance is operated by Tobistech Ltd, a UK-registered technology company. The app is available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store).

Account data

• -If you create an account, we collect your email address to authenticate and maintain your account.
• -If you sign in via Apple or Google, we receive only the identifier and, optionally, email address those services provide.

Usage and preferences

• -Your favourite teams, fixture preferences, notification settings and in-app interactions.
• -Prediction votes, engagement actions and subscription status.

Analytics and diagnostics (anonymised)

• -App usage events, session frequency and feature interactions - collected anonymously to improve the app.
• -Crash reports, error logs, device model and operating system version.

• -To deliver football predictions, match insights and personalised fixture data.
• -To manage your account and subscription.
• -To send match alerts and notifications (only if enabled by you).
• -To understand app usage and improve features and predictions.
• -To diagnose bugs and technical issues.

Scorevance does not use your data for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data.

Scorevance provides AI-generated football predictions for entertainment and informational purposes only. Predictions do not constitute betting advice or financial recommendations. We do not collect or process any data related to your gambling or betting activity.

• -Firebase (Google) - analytics, crash reporting and account authentication.
• -Apple Push Notification Service / Firebase Cloud Messaging - match and prediction alerts.
• -Sports data providers - third-party APIs supplying fixture and match data. No personal user data is shared with these providers.
• -Payment processors - subscription payments are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their respective privacy policies.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time within the app settings or by contacting contact@tobistech.co.uk. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact contact@tobistech.co.uk or lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Scorevance is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest update. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance.
