Bible Habit (the "Bible App") is a product of Tobistech Ltd("Tobistech", "we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains in plain language how the App handles information. In short: we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Everything you create with the App stays on your own device.

1. Who We Are

Tobistech Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16037879). Our registered address is 82 King street, Manchester, M2 4WQ, UK. Because the App never sends personal data to our servers or anyone else's, Tobistech typically acts only as the software provider, not as a data controller.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We purposely designed the App to work entirely offline. As a result, we do not collect or transmit:

• Personal identifiers such as name, e‑mail address, IP address, or device advertising IDs.
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or diagnostic logs.
• Precise or approximate location data.
• User‑generated content (highlights, notes, bookmarks, prayer requests) beyond your own device.

3. Device Permissions

The App may request limited, optional permissions such as access to local storage solely so it can save your notes and reading progress on your device. These permissions are used only for on‑device functionality and never for data collection.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Because we hold no copies of your data, you control retention. To delete all App data, simply remove notes within the App or uninstall the App, which deletes its local storage area. We cannot recover or access content deleted from your device.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for a broad audience, including minors. Since no personal data is collected, parental consent under laws such as COPPA is generally not required. Nevertheless, guardians should supervise device use as they deem appropriate.

6. Your Privacy Choices

• Offline use: Keep your spiritual journey private, nothing is shared with us.
• Back‑ups: If you choose to use your operating system’s cloud back‑up service, that service’s privacy policy will apply.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect updates to the App or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will publish the updated policy in the App and update the "Effective Date" above. Because we do not have your contact details, we cannot send direct notices, please review the policy periodically.
